What this unlocks
Once connected, GA4 data flows into three areas of Erlin: AI Visibility dashboard. The Analytics tab shows three charts that require GA4: an “AI vs Other Traffic” chart comparing AI-driven visits to your overall traffic, an AI Conversion Comparison chart, and an AI Source Distribution chart. Without GA4 connected, these appear as blurred previews with a prompt to connect. Landing Pages. The GA4 columns in the Landing Pages grid populate with real data: sessions, engagement rate, pageviews, and bounce rate for each URL on your sitemap. This helps you identify which pages have traffic and which are underperforming. hey erlin. When you ask performance or strategy questions, hey erlin includes your GA4 traffic context: sessions, page segments, and period-over-period comparisons.Before you start
You need a Google Analytics 4 property with data for the domain you are tracking in Erlin. GA Universal Analytics (the older version) is not supported. If you have not set up GA4 yet, create a property in your Google Analytics dashboard first.Connecting Google Analytics

Open Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations from the sidebar.

Click Connect on Google Analytics
Find the Google Analytics card in the Available Integrations section and click Connect.

Authenticate with Google
A Google OAuth window opens. Sign in with the Google account that has access to your GA4 property and grant Erlin permission to read your analytics data.

Select a property
After authentication, Erlin loads all GA4 properties your account has access to. Erlin auto-selects the best match for your active brand domain. If the wrong property is selected, click the property dropdown and choose the correct one.
Selecting a property
Erlin shows all GA4 properties your Google account has access to. It automatically picks the property whose domain best matches your active brand URL. If you manage multiple properties, select the one that corresponds to the brand you are working with. The property preference is saved per domain. If you switch brands in the brand switcher, Erlin loads the saved property for that domain.Connecting multiple accounts
You can connect multiple Google accounts to access properties across different organizations. Each time you connect, Erlin adds the new account’s properties to your available list. Select the right property per brand from the combined set.Refreshing properties
If you add a new GA4 property in Google Analytics after connecting to Erlin, click the refresh icon on the Google Analytics integration card. Erlin syncs the latest property list from your Google account and shows the updated count.Disconnecting
Click Disconnect on the Google Analytics card in Integrations. Erlin removes the stored credentials. GA4 columns in Landing Pages revert to dashes, and the AI Visibility traffic charts show the blurred “Connect” preview again.Related
