Erlin sends notifications when scans complete, visibility changes, and new opportunities are found. Choose which channels receive them: Slack, email, or in-app.

Notification channels

Three independent channels deliver notifications. Enable or disable each one separately: Each channel operates independently. You can have all three enabled, or just one.

Configuring channels

Open Settings > Accounts and select the Notifications tab. Each channel shows a toggle switch. Click the toggle to enable or disable that channel. Changes take effect immediately for all future notifications.

What Erlin notifies you about

Scan completions. After every visibility scan finishes, Erlin sends a summary: average visibility score, total prompts tracked, how many improved, how many declined, and how many were lost since the last scan. Opportunity alerts. When Erlin discovers new AEO opportunities, it sends an alert with the number of opportunities generated and the impact measured from previous actions.

Slack requires connection

The Slack toggle only works if you have connected your Slack workspace via Integrations. If Slack is not connected, the toggle appears disabled with a “Not connected” label. Connect Slack first from the Slack integration page, then return here to enable notifications.

Admin-disabled channels

If your account admin has disabled a channel, the toggle shows a “Disabled by admin” badge and cannot be changed by you. Contact your account administrator to re-enable a channel that has been admin-disabled.

Slack

Connect Slack to enable the Slack notification channel.
