Ask Claude to organize what you track and Erlin manages collections and prompts. These tools cover creating collections (groups of prompts), adding prompts to track, checking per-prompt performance, and editing or removing prompts.

Manage collections

A collection groups related prompts together for one brand and website. Your default collection is created automatically when you set up a website. You can create additional collections to separate topics (e.g., “Product Queries” vs “Competitor Queries”).

List collections

erlin_list_collections · Read Shows all your collections for a website with their names, tracked brands, and prompt counts.
Erlin returns each collection’s name, the brand it tracks, the domain, and how many prompts are inside it. Claude uses this to find the right collection before pulling reports or adding prompts.

Collection details

erlin_get_collection · Read Shows the full details of one specific collection: name, tracked brand, domain, and configuration.
Erlin returns the collection’s configuration so you can confirm what brand and domain it is tracking.

Collection metrics

erlin_get_collection_metrics · Read Shows visibility scores and platform breakdown for each of your collections over a time range you choose (default: last 7 days).
Erlin returns a Visibility Score (0 to 100) for each collection, broken down by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. Use this to compare performance across different prompt groups.

Create a collection

erlin_create_collection · Write Creates a new collection to group prompts for a specific brand and website.
Erlin creates the collection and confirms the name. After creating it, add prompts to start tracking.

Manage prompts

Prompts are the questions you track across AI platforms (e.g., “best CRM software,” “top project management tools”). Erlin checks each prompt on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to see if your brand is mentioned.

List prompts

erlin_list_prompts · Read Shows all tracked prompts in a collection with their text and whether they are active or paused.
Erlin returns each prompt’s text and its status. Active prompts are checked on every scan. Paused prompts are skipped until you resume them.

Prompt metrics

erlin_get_prompt_metrics · Read Shows how each prompt in a collection performs across platforms over a time range you choose (default: last 7 days). Includes a visibility score and whether your brand was mentioned per platform.
Erlin returns a visibility score (0 to 100) for each prompt, broken down by platform. Use this to find which prompts mention your brand and which do not.

Add a prompt

erlin_create_prompt · Write Adds one prompt to track for AI visibility.
Erlin confirms the prompt was created. Once added, it will be checked across AI platforms on your next scan.

Add many prompts

erlin_bulk_create_prompts · Write Adds up to 200 prompts at once to a collection. Erlin batches them internally, so you can hand it a long list in a single request. You can optionally specify a country or city for geo-targeted results.
Erlin creates all the prompts in one batch and confirms how many were added. Use this when you want to track a list of related queries at once.

Edit a prompt

erlin_update_prompt · Write Changes a prompt’s text or pauses/resumes its tracking. You can update either or both at once.
Erlin confirms the update. To pause tracking without deleting:
Erlin pauses the prompt so it is skipped on future scans. Resume it anytime by asking Claude to reactivate it.
