Ask Claude about your website traffic and search performance and Erlin pulls data from Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console. These tools require GA4 or GSC to be connected in your Erlin account first (at Settings > Integrations in app.erlin.ai).

Google Analytics 4

Connected properties

erlin_get_ga4_properties · Read Shows all GA4 properties linked to your Erlin account.
Erlin returns each connected property so you can confirm which one is feeding data. If nothing is connected, it tells you to set up the integration at app.erlin.ai.

Period comparison

erlin_get_ga4_period_comparison · Read Compares your website traffic between the two most recent synced periods and labels each page as growing, declining, new, lost, or stable. No date input needed: Erlin picks the two most recent snapshots automatically.
Erlin returns pages with their trend status and change data. You can filter to see only declining pages, only new pages, or any other status.

Landing pages

erlin_get_ga4_landing_pages · Read Shows metrics for pages that started a session (entry points): landing sessions, landing pageviews, bounce rate, and engagement rate. Pages that were only viewed mid-session are excluded.
Erlin returns only the pages where visitors actually arrived on your site. Use this to understand which pages attract new visits vs which pages are only seen during browsing.

Full page details

erlin_get_ga4_page_full · Read Returns the complete data record for a page in one call: core traffic, device split (desktop, mobile, tablet), user types (new, returning, active), channel breakdown (organic + full channel attribution), ecommerce (purchases, revenue), landing-page metrics, and session attribution. Best for deep drill-down on 1 to 5 pages.
Erlin returns everything GA4 knows about that page in one structured response. Use this when you want to understand a specific page from every angle: where traffic comes from, which devices, whether visitors are new or returning, and how it performs as a landing page.

Erlin returns a summary (total URLs, successful, failed) and a list of actionable URLs with their specific issues. Use this to find pages that Google cannot crawl or index.

Keyword opportunities

erlin_get_gsc_keywords · Read Shows keyword-level search performance: clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position for each query you rank for. Erlin classifies every keyword as long-tail or a question, tags its search intent, and scores it for opportunity. Filter to a keyword type (long-tail, questions, or a specific intent) and sort by clicks, impressions, position, CTR, or opportunity score.
Erlin returns a ranked list of keywords with their clicks, impressions, CTR, position, and an opportunity score, plus summary totals and a breakdown by query type. The data comes from your latest stored snapshot. If there is none yet, Erlin asks you to sync first. To focus on questions people search:

Sync fresh data

Data from GA4 and GSC is synced periodically. If you want the latest numbers before running a report, ask Claude to sync first.

Sync Search Console

erlin_sync_gsc · Write Triggers a fresh data pull from Google Search Console. The sync runs in the background.
Erlin starts the sync and tells you the estimated time. If Search Console is not connected, it tells you to set it up at app.erlin.ai first.

Sync Search Console keywords

erlin_sync_gsc_keywords · Write Pulls fresh keyword data straight from Google Search Console, classifies every keyword (long-tail, question, intent, and opportunity score), stores the snapshot, and returns the results. Use it the first time you check keywords, or whenever you want the latest numbers.
Erlin fetches live data from Google, then returns the same ranked keyword list, summary, and query-type breakdown as the keyword report, built from what it just fetched.

Sync Google Analytics

erlin_sync_ga4 · Write Triggers a fresh data pull from Google Analytics 4. The sync runs in the background.
Erlin starts the sync and tells you the estimated time. If GA4 is not connected, it tells you to set it up at app.erlin.ai first.

Check sync progress

erlin_get_sync_status · Read Checks whether a data sync has completed.
Erlin returns the current status (pending, running, completed, or failed) and progress percentage. Once completed, you can run analytics tools to see the fresh data.
