Setting up a schedule
- Navigate to AI Visibility → Settings
- Click Auto-Execution
- Choose your frequency (daily, weekly, or custom)
- Select the time and timezone
- Save your schedule
Frequency options
| Frequency | Best for |
|---|---|
| Daily | High-competition industries where AI responses change frequently |
| Weekly | Most brands — good balance of freshness and credit usage |
| Bi-weekly | Brands in stable industries with slower-changing AI responses |
| Monthly | Initial monitoring or low-priority tracking |
Notifications
When auto-execution completes, you can receive notifications via:- In-app — Badge notification in the Erlin dashboard
- Email — Summary of results sent to your inbox
- Slack — Post results to a Slack channel (requires Slack integration)
Credit usage
Each auto-execution run uses credits based on the number of prompts and platforms scanned. Monitor your usage in Account → Usage.Auto-execution respects your plan’s credit limits. If you don’t have enough credits, the scan will be skipped and you’ll be notified.
